  1. Great project and vital to the health of the coastal open-space ecosystem. Connecting these fragmented habitats is absolutely essential to the biological fitness of many of the species within these areas.
    One of the greatest challenges may be the underpass of the I-5 freeway, which is currently very wildlife un-friendly. Public support is important in getting this critical improvement funded.
